Does IDMATIC MOBILE FESTIVAL replace the ticketing system?+
No. We run on top of your existing ticketing platform and do not sell tickets.
How does offline mode work?+
Devices hold a local pass database, check signature and rules locally, keep a journal and batch-sync when connectivity returns.
How is anti-passback implemented?+
Through zonal events, last-zone binding of the pass and repeat-entry rules. Incidents are logged in XVMATIC.
How is backstage access handled?+
Distinct categories — Artist, Artist Crew, Production, Media, Contractors — with zones, time windows and optional photo/BLE.
What about contractors?+
Contractor accreditation with time windows, shifts and zone rights. Denied access is written to the journal and dashboards.
Which carriers are supported: QR, RFID, NFC?+
